Project Management Tool

for Architects, Contractors & Interior Designers

The Challenge

Independent architects, contractors, and interior designers —especially those in small to mid-sized firms— lacked dedicated tools to manage their workflows. Most were juggling leads, projects, vendors, and payments manually—across spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, and endless emails.

The Goal

Design a comprehensive, easy-to-use project management platform bringing everything they need to manage their business into one place, so they can focus on what they do best: designing and building beautiful spaces.

My Role

I led this end-to-end project—from research and strategy to wireframes, design systems, and visual design. I also mentored a designer on the team, helping them translate messy user requirements into clear wireframes and polished interfaces.
