Mobile Banking App
for 6th largest Qatari Bank to enhance user satisfaction and improve feature discovery, ultimately leading to a more seamless and intuitive banking experience.
The Brief
Design a seamless and intuitive digital platform that simplifies banking and transaction processes for a diverse user base.
My Role
I was the lead strategist and designer on this project. For the initial phase of theme explorations and IA mapping I had 3 designers working with me on the visual explorations. Once the client finalised the direction I worked with one junior designer to deliver the final app.
The Process
Impact
The app is update is live on App Store and Play Store. Here are the reviews post launch.

Challenges and Take-aways
There were a lot of iterations as the designs had to go through 21 levels of review and approval, learned how create for all levels to fast track the process.
Prototypes that work close to a real product and a design system are lifesaver while dealing with such a large number of decision makers.
